To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • The item must be in its original packaging with tags still attached.
  • The return request must be initiated within 7 calendar days from the delivery date.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) must be provided.
  • Final sale, custom-made, or discounted items are not eligible for returns unless faulty or incorrect.

📦 How to Initiate a Return

    • Order Number
    • Reason for Return
    • Photos (if product is damaged or incorrect)
  2. We’ll respond with return instructions and address within 1-2 business days.
  3. Ship the item back using a reliable courier service. You are responsible for the shipping cost unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

  • Please allow 5–7 business days after the return is received and approved.
