- The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
- The item must be in its original packaging with tags still attached.
- The return request must be initiated within 7 calendar days from the delivery date.
- Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) must be provided.
- Final sale, custom-made, or discounted items are not eligible for returns unless faulty or incorrect.

📦 How to Initiate a Return

- Reason for Return
- Photos (if product is damaged or incorrect)
- We’ll respond with return instructions and address within 1-2 business days.
- Ship the item back using a reliable courier service. You are responsible for the shipping cost unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
